Here, too, there are some interesting comments in the readers' forum - one says it's the fault of corrupt local politicians, others the racism of the federal government, and one guy says that the chocoanos should go to Washington to talk to their contacts in the Black Caucus since Bogotá doesn't care about the Chocó.
